We've all at some point felt jealous of those strong, fit, lean and ripped looking guys n girls at Obstacle Races or at the Gym. We've seen other Mums and Dads at school or at social events and kids parties, looking fit and healthy, telling the other parents about some crazy Obstacle Race they have entered, or some other fitness challenge.

They always look happy, and confident, surrounded by friends. And so do their kids who are super proud of Mum and Dad and love telling the other kids at school what they've been up to! We think to ourselves, why cant we be like that? How do they do it?

So we sign up for a challenge, perhaps an Obstacle Race, or a Charity Event.

We've got it all planned out, lots of training planned and clean eating from now on!

It goes well for a week or two, but eventually we slip back into old habits. We are struggling to stay motivated, it's hard work, we are not enjoying it and don't seem to be getting anywhere fast!

Our programme is packed with sessions purposely designed to enhance your performance. It's all about you. We introduce variety by focusing on our four elements; Strength, Agility, Endurance and Technique. Every session is challenging but also fun! You get to be a kid again, scaling monkey bars, chucking equipment around like kegs and tyres, crawling through the mud under cargo nets.

We've even got our own 6ft portable wall for you to 'play' with!

Add kettlebells, tractor tyres, sleds and sandbags into the mix and we've got everything required to produce some kick ass workouts!

OBSTAFIT VIP was designed by brothers Mikey and Gareth.

We are both Qualified Personal Trainers with extensive experience of conquering and placing in the top ten of some of the most challenging Obstacle Races in the world.

Depending on your package you will get assigned to your own dedicated personal trainer. He/she will meet you every 3 months, give you a full MOT plus an hour long PT Session and regular group fitness tests to make sure you are moving to your goals.

You get access to a private facebook group with fitness, diet and holistic professionals on tap. Every month we plan on holding a Q&A inside the group with our chosen pro of the month.
