Welcome to the new and exciting concept of post natal training!

ToughMotherz is an indoor and outdoor fitness class on the move. In a fun and sociable group atmosphere, you will work combining cardiovascular and resistance based training techniques to bring you back to pre pregnancy shape and better!! All with the ease of having your baby with you!

Each session lasts for at least one hour turning the great outdoors into your gym. But if the weather is ever against us we also have indoor classes available!

We supply all equipment!

At each session we will supply you with a bag filled with a variety of fitness equipment to enhance your workout including:
-Large and small Resistance bands
-Boxing gloves
-Skipping rope

The classes are not only a great workout but also provide a fantastic support system and social opportunity to meet like-minded mums!!

You will find us at the Penylan Community Carpark right next to the playpark at Roath Park Recreation Ground


  • Thursday mornings 1hr (outdoors) at 10:00.

How Much?

You can pay as you go for £6 or our monthly option for £20.
