Both Gareth and Mikey are Fully Qualified Personal Trainers with several years of experience.
We both specialise in training for OCR (Obstacle Racing). You can look forward to dedicated one on one sessions. Long term OCR training plans, plus monthly body MOT's (bodyfat testing, limb circumference, fitness testing, blood pressure etc). Not to mention assistance in putting together a winning nutrition plan.
You will also enjoy 24/7 contact with your trainer. We dedicate our time to making sure that you achieve your goals
Mikey whose background is mainly Track Sprint Cycling is your go-to man for explosive strength and power work. Just the ticket for launching yourself over those big walls.
Gareth who has a background in training for full contact kickboxing fights has a knack for training for endurance and agility. So if you want to make sure you've got the muscular endurance to get you through that long 20 miler, Gareth is your man.
All our personal trainers are fully qualified to at least Level 3 Standard each with a background in Obstacle Course Racing.
